The answer is number 1 [strawberry].
Tsukuihama tourist plantation in Yokosuka City has started strawberry-picking. Until the previous season, it was open for business in January 1st, but because the climate becomes warm, the growth of the strawberry become faster, so it started 12 days earlier than the average year. Yeah. Strawberry-picking. That’s right. This year I ate a lot of strawberries. Because this year is Arashi’s 10th anniversary. Yeah. And a lot of people celebrated it for us. We received a lot of cakes. It’s something to be grateful for. This year is really wonderful… A~! Wait, wait! Wait, is this for real!? Ah, you got me~ Just now, I’m sorry, just now, The door was opened. And strawberries come!!! In a wooden box. It’s a wooden box!? Iyaa, they look so tasty. They’re big. Iya~ they’re cold. I’ll eat it. Itadakimasu! (the sound of him eating strawberries) Tasty! It’s tasty! Iyaa~ Morning of December 29th, Is closed with strawberry. E~ next year, let’s also work hard, everyone. Thank you! Good morning! Ohno Satoshi’s ARASHI DISCOVERY~! Today’s question is about food. Are you the raw egg type? Or the boiled egg type? Then, when making (eggs) in the hotspring water, the egg yolk in soft-boiled condition, And the egg white in the condition where it’s  just beginning to harden, what is it commonly called?

The answer is number 1 [Hotspring egg].
Hakone Tourism Guide Association, from this month, is starting the [Yumoto Hotspring Aimless Walk] where they guide the tourist around the Hakone Yumoto hotspring city. This project is made because there were a lot of demands from the tourists to take a walk light-heartedly around Yumoto before and after the hotel check-in time. This will continue until January next year. If it earns good popularity, it is going to be made into a regular project. I see. Hotspring. Talking about hotspring, It’s surely Hakone. I’m really not good with hotspring (laughs) I’ll really feel dizzy. I wonder if it’s my inborn nature. Yeah. Should I challenge it once again? Yeah. Starting from next year, I’m thinking to be a challenger. Right? Because we’ve overcame a lot of things. For example, jet coaster. Dropping from a high place. Ah, I was not good with jet coaster. And I couldn’t consent to that, So I rode on it again and again, and overcame it. Yeah. Well, also, the green pepper that I used to hate. Also Eggplants. Yeah. Those. Well, those were adult’s taste, though. Yeah. I had terrible times eating it, but now I can eat it. Unexpectedly, I’ve overcame those. So the hotspring, too Well, this is in the context of my body, though. Yeah. If I’ll force myself to do it, I’ll feel bad and relapse. Yeah. Let’s stop this! Ne. I want to live treasuring my body. Next year (laughs) That’s all, it was Ohno Satoshi!

OK, so I admit. I haven't been a highly-faithful VOX blogger. But just to let you know that I'm still alive online. As mentioned before several times in the past that I'll be frequently blogging in ADRIATASTIC! Why? Well, it's because it's my home. It's my personal baby. I was born to create and develop. Know what I mean?

I'm personally glad that this year will finally be over. I mean, 2009 is just HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE YEAR... for me. First half of the year being unemployed is not the way to go for me. I mean I've been laid off from my past jobs before--- twice before my recent layout in 2009--- but the length of unemployment that I had was about a month or two months. I did not expect this year's unemployment to be half a year. Half a year, jeez! Even until now I still yearn for a full-time job so I can become stable financially again. I'm barely surviving, with little money being paid because I'm only working part-time.

So please, please please. Do come and visit ADRIATASTIC! if you really want to know all the crazy stuff I've been writing about. I can't continue copying/pasting anymore. The only reason why I have a VOX (and an LJ) so that I can comment on other people's blogs hosted in VOX and in LJ. I just wish people would take the time to visit my blog or even feed my RSS on their blogs. Maybe I'm asking too much.

Mステーション SUPER LIVE 09 生写真 『嵐』

I've meant to write a somewhat proper update since way back but didn't have the time wasn't in the mode for it so let's see how this goes...

I have arrived in tokyo since end of november and now one month has passed!
It's hard to describe it well but this one month seems to be long and short at the same time lol.

From the time of carrying the luggage up the stairs to this old but cozy small apartment - with no curtains, minimum lights, no computer, no tables/chairs etc to the current state: typing on my mac laptop on this Muji kotatsu (assembled by me ;D), Muji floor chair (set up by me ;D),.. oh except hubby is currently assembling a Muji shelf.. I can say it's pretty much settled.

Have I mentioned I'm in Muji heaven? ;D
From a failed and Muji-less Australia to Muji-heaven Japan yay!
Most of our household goods (and my clothes) are from Muji, they're easy to assemble, stylish, and not so expensive heheh.
oh, Arashi heaven too of course, more on that later.. I need time to sink in.. lol.

Some random notes:
- didn't know there's a custom of buying small towels as gift for greeting the neighbors who live in the same block of apartment when you newly move in.
- I like this small apartment, I can hang curtains without standing on my toes let alone on a chair!
- sleeping on futon on tatami floor was nice for the first few days then I started to get stiff muscle due to sleeping on hard tatami floor (futon not thick enough XD).. oh and the labor of laying the futon every night and packing them back to the closet the next morning... I missed my bed very much but I guess I got used to the futon hard tatami floor now lol.
- finally! I could get away from killing spiders like three or four times a day.. XDD
- and of course, being able to watch arashi on tv is awesome!! but I still managed to miss the VS Arashi ever since they changed to golden time since it's just too early..! not home yet ah!

err I think there's more but I gotta go now.. catch up later! ;D

oh and I miss drawing!

and dude! how did I forget to write about the rubbish sorting/recycyling?!
Monday Glass bottles+cans, Tuesday burnable rubbish (food waste ie potato skins,fishbones etc, paper but not thick packaging paper, etc), Wednesday cut and dried up milk carton and thick packaging paper, some weeks tied-up newspaper/magazines, Thursday unburnable rubbish ie plastic wrappers including plastic tubes but not plastic bottles orz.. oh pet bottles go into another rubbish bin.. etc... ie. to throw a small tub of yogurt container, you gotta tear off the paper on the plastic tub, wash the tub, tub goes to plastic waste, paper goes to burnable waste, if the top of the tub is made of plastic wrapping material it goes to unburnable waste XDD.. also, need to wash and cut up milk carton too.. pet bottles gotta separate the caps from the plastic bottles itself..... fun fun fun not XDD
btw my multi-compartments rubbish bin is also from Muji.. XD they should send me coupons already!!

Reaction of Nino with Jun's gift [2009.12.30]

Report regarding talks about birthday present from Matsumoto Jun to Ninomiya Kazunari were previously posted [on Cyzowoman2]. Matsumoto Jun has completed and passed the jigsaw puzzle with Ninomiya's favourite game DragonQuest after taking a long time to do. On last JunStyle broadcast on 26th, listener asked the question " Have you completed this? Jun cheerfull answered "I have passed this to him". He completed this at the start of September and was able to pass to Nino end of September during Osaka and Fukuoka concert. Once the puzzle was completed, it was unexpectedly huge. It took some time as Jun ordered a frame for the puzzle. Jun commented "I had to put this on the floor of the house and didn't do this at my desk and was lying on the floor all the time". I finally handed this to him at the parking of Haneda Airport. It took some effort to carry this before the concert. According to official site the completed 1000 pieces DragonQuest puzzle、「ドラゴンクエストIX 星空の守り人 ジグソーパズル 1000ピース」 was size of 50cx75cm. Ninomiya's reaction upon receiving such a gift was rather big. On the way back, we hadn't spoken for a long time. I brought the box with me and passed this to him. Then said Bye. Nino received the puzzle with a smile. Will the day come where the loving puzzle will decorate his room?

The end of year countdown concert will be a big job ahead with Arashi appointed to chair this years countdown concert which is 3yrs in a row and will be busy until the end of the year. The broadcast will be on FUJI TV starting 23:45 for 1hr. Don't miss it!

松本潤が贈ったビッグな誕生日プレゼントに二宮和也の反応は......

本サイトでも以前にお伝えした嵐・松本潤から二宮和也への誕生日プレゼント話。ゲーム好きの二宮が、興味深げにながめていたドラゴンクエストのジグソーパズルを、ナゼか完成させて渡そうと企画したものの、久しぶりのパズルとなかなか時間がとれないことから手こずっていた模様。そんななか、26日にオンエアされたラジオ『JUN STYLE』（NACK5）にリスナーから「完成しましたか？」という問い合わせが届き、その後のエピソードを紹介してくれた。

「渡しましたよ！」
　
　と元気よく答えた松本。なんだかんだで9月の前半には出来上がっていたのだが、渡せたのは9月下旬のコンサート（大阪〜福岡公演）の最中。出来上がってみたら予想以上に大きかったため、ちょうどいいサイズの額を発注したことで少し時間がかかってしまったのだそう。

「糊づけできなかったからずっとうちの床に置いてあったんだけど。机の上とかでやらないで、ずっと地べたで寝っ転がりながらやってたから」

　そうしてやっと完成したプレゼントを渡したのは、コンサートから帰ってきた羽田空港の駐車場だった。コンサート前だと荷物になるだろうという配慮からだったのだが、スクウェア・エニックスの公式サイトによると、「ドラゴンクエストIX 星空の守り人 ジグソーパズル 1000ピース」の出来上がりサイズは50センチ×75センチとなかなかのもの。

　そんなビッグプレゼントをもらった二宮の反応はというと、

「なんか、『えらいの来ちゃったな』みたいなリアクションでした。帰りがけだったから、そんなゆっくりしゃべったりもしなかったんだけど。まあ、箱のまんま持ってって、はいって渡して。『見て』ってこともせずに、『じゃあね』っつって......」

　とまどいながらも笑って受け取ってくれたという二宮。果たして、愛情こもったジグソーパズルが彼の部屋を飾る日は来るのだろうか？

　そんな嵐だが、年内最後は紅白歌合戦出場とカウントダウンコンサート......と大きな仕事が控えている。カウントダウンコンサートでは今年も嵐が3年連続となる司会者に任命され、最後まで大忙しの年となりそうだ。毎年恒例のフジテレビによる中継も23時45分から1時間かけて行われる予定なので、どうぞお見逃しなく！

Today’s question is from Satomi-san. Today is Christmas. Then, the night before Christmas, the night of the 24th, what is it called? Please choose from these next three:

The answer is number one [Christmas Eve].
Then, this week I’ll answer the question from Emi-chan, a 6 years old girl in Yokohama City. [Ohno-kun, what is a present from Santa that you’re happiest to receive?] I see. A present from Santa. That’s right, it’s Christmas, right? When I was a kid, that’s what I like the most. Long boots Inside the boots there were a lot of sweets. For me, I thought it’s okay to receive it no matter how much. Really. Then, if it’s one,I would eat it, and I would want to put my feet inside it. That’s why I wanted two. Then, first, I put on one. And then, It was when I was still a kid, But I can’t put my foot into that long boots. I thought I could that’s why I wanted two. But I can’t even put on one foot. Probably it was the ones with the biggest size but still I couldn’t put it on. I thought that Santa’s feet were small. Fuhahaha~ (laughs) I have that kind of memory. But even now, if I receive that, I would be happy. Yes. Somehow, that is the image of Christmas, perhaps. Today’s Christmas yo. I, Today, will go to that~ At night I’ll show up in Music Station. Probably I’ll wear a Santa Clause costume. I might wear Santa Clause costume, then sing and dance. Emi-chan, check it out tonight!
